A Bold New Look

The 2025 TVS Ronin retains its signature neo-retro aesthetic, blending scrambler and cruiser elements with a modern twist. The standout updates for 2025 include two new color options—Glacier Silver and Charcoal Ember—which add a contemporary edge to the lineup. These join existing shades like Magma Red, Lightning Black, Nimbus Grey, and Midnight Blue, offering riders six vibrant choices across five variants: SS (Single Tone), DS (Dual Tone), TD (Triple Tone), and the exclusive TD Special Edition.

Visual tweaks enhance the bike’s appeal, with blacked-out headlight surrounds, a redesigned single-piece seat for improved comfort, and a slimmer rear mudguard for a sleeker profile. The iconic T-shaped LED DRL within the round headlamp remains a head-turner, while the muscular 14-liter fuel tank and minimalist tail section maintain the Ronin’s distinctive silhouette. TVS’s attention to detail, such as the 3D brand logo and machined nine-spoke alloy wheels, elevates the bike’s premium feel, making it a standout in city traffic and on open roads.

Performance That Inspires

At the core of the TVS Ronin is a 225.9cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled, four-valve engine, delivering 20.4 PS at 7,750 rpm and 19.93 Nm of torque at 3,750 rpm. Paired with a five-speed gearbox and an assist-and-slipper clutch, the engine is tuned for strong low- and mid-range performance, making it ideal for urban commuting and occasional highway cruises. With a claimed top speed of 120 kmph, the Ronin offers a peppy yet relaxed ride, though some riders note it lacks the outright punch for extended high-speed runs.

The bike’s double cradle frame, 41 mm USD front forks, and 7-step adjustable rear monoshock provide a balanced ride, handling everything from city potholes to winding backroads with ease. Braking is managed by a 300 mm front disc and a 240 mm rear disc, with the 2025 update bringing dual-channel ABS to the mid-spec DS variant, previously exclusive to the TD variant. The addition of Rain and Urban ABS modes enhances safety in varied conditions, while Glide Through Technology (GTT) ensures smooth low-speed riding in traffic.

Tech That Connects and Protects

The TVS Ronin is packed with modern features that cater to tech-savvy riders. The SmartXonnect Bluetooth-enabled digital console offers turn-by-turn navigation, call/message alerts, voice assistance, and ride analytics via the TVS SmartXonnect app. Additional smart features include a side-stand engine cut-off, distance-to-empty indicator, and gear shift assist, making every ride intuitive and safe. The all-LED lighting system, including a powerful headlamp and stylish turn indicators, ensures visibility and adds to the bike’s premium appeal.

For 2025, TVS has introduced the Parakram Edition, a special variant honoring India’s armed forces. Unveiled in July 2024, it features exclusive cosmetic upgrades like a unique paint scheme and decals, reinforcing the Ronin’s appeal as a lifestyle motorcycle. With a 795 mm seat height and 159 kg kerb weight, the Ronin remains accessible to a wide range of riders, while its 181 mm ground clearance allows it to tackle rough roads with confidence.

Why It Stands Out

Priced competitively, the TVS Ronin SS starts at ₹1.35 lakh, undercutting rivals like the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and Honda CB350 RS while offering a feature-rich package. The base SS variant, now ₹14,000 cheaper than its 2024 counterpart, delivers exceptional value with single-channel ABS and single-tone colors. The DS and TD variants, priced at ₹1.59 lakh and ₹1.73 lakh respectively, cater to riders seeking advanced features and premium aesthetics. The TD Special Edition, with its USB charger and unique triple-tone Nimbus Grey paint, adds an extra layer of exclusivity.

User reviews praise the Ronin’s comfortable ergonomics, smooth engine, and stylish design, though some note that the radical styling may not appeal to all, and pillion comfort could be improved for longer rides. With a claimed mileage of 42.95 kmpl (user-reported 40-42 kmpl), the Ronin is economical for daily commutes, making it a practical yet thrilling choice.

Available nationwide from August 2025, the Ronin comes with a five-year or 60,000 km warranty and a host of customization options, including luggage racks, visors, and saddlebags. TVS is also offering attractive financing deals, such as 6.99% EMI rates and up to ₹5,000 cashback on select bank cards, making ownership more accessible.

A Motorcycle That Defines You

The 2025 TVS Ronin is more than just a bike—it’s a lifestyle statement for riders who crave freedom, style, and versatility. Whether you’re navigating city streets or exploring scenic routes, the Ronin’s blend of retro charm, modern tech, and spirited performance makes every ride unforgettable. With its latest updates, TVS has ensured the Ronin remains a top contender in the neo-retro segment, appealing to both young enthusiasts and seasoned riders.
