Forget everything you think you know about Bentley. The masters of leather, wood, and glorious 12-cylinder engines just gave us a peek behind the curtain at their all-electric future, and it’s a far cry from the stately cruisers we’re used to. It’s called the EXP 15, and it’s less a car and more a wildly luxurious, three-seat, three-door personal jet for the road.

Unveiled just a couple of weeks ago, the EXP 15 is a concept car in the truest sense of the word. It’s a bold, opinionated statement about where the iconic British brand is heading. And honestly, it’s a lot to take in. From the front, it’s dominated by a massive, illuminated grille that looks more like a piece of digital art than a car part, topped by a newly designed, glowing “Flying B” mascot.
But the real double-take moment is the body style. Is it a high-riding sedan? A sleek coupe? An SUV? The answer seems to be “yes.” It has this dramatic, swooping roofline that screams grand tourer, but it sits higher than a typical car, giving it an imposing presence.
Then you get to the doors. There’s one on the driver’s side, and two on the passenger side, with the rear one opening backwards like an old-school coach door. Why? To create a truly grand entrance, of course.
The inside is where things get even more eccentric. There are only three seats. Where the front passenger seat should be, there’s a beautifully finished space for luggage or, get this, a bespoke dog bed. The idea is to create an unparalleled sense of space and luxury for the owner and one lucky passenger, who gets a swiveling rear seat that can move into multiple positions for ultimate comfort or to make exiting the vehicle an “event.”

While Bentley is keeping the exact performance numbers under wraps, they’re not being shy about their ambitions. This concept is the blueprint for their first-ever production EV, slated to arrive in 2026. They’re promising a true Bentley experience: effortless, silent power, a very long range for grand touring, and charging speeds that won’t inconvenience the owner.
The EXP 15 is a wild, wonderful, and slightly mad vision of the future. It’s Bentley proving that even when the world goes electric, they have no intention of being boring.
